Sportsground Strategy Action Plan (SSAP)

The recently adopted SSAP provides a detailed roadmap for the City regarding the provision of sportsgrounds, in a networked approach, to meet the existing and future community needs. Among the most significant initiatives outlined are the development of a Sportsground Allocation Policy and improvements to 26 existing sportsgrounds. It was developed through extensive public consultation, including input from the local sporting community. Implementing the recommendations will support our growing community to live active and healthy lives.
