As ever, we really appreciate your continued support and we will continue to be here to aid the Cadets, Reserves and our wider stakeholders. 23 North West employers receive the Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award in their support to DefenceOn Thursday 3 November the Engagement team delivered the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Awards at the Concorde Conference Centre. The event saw 23 businesses from across the North West be presented their awards by Major General Marc Overton (ACDS RF&C) and the regions Single Service leads. Congratulations to all the recipients. Lord-Lieutenants' and Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Awards The decision was taken in early 2021 to combine the ERS Silver Awards into the Lord – Lieutenants’ Awards. This provided the team with an opportunity to bring together Employers, Reservists, Cadets, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and Veterans into one venue to share their collective support for Defence and to celebrate. ![]() New Deputy Chief Executive The DCE is responsible for the overall smooth running of the Association and much more.
