Integration of SEAT with FEMSACTION: Register for training webinar February 3rd at 9am We are pleased to announce that the integration of the Site Engagement Activity Tracker (SEAT) online submission form with FEMS was completed as of January 31st. The integration will help reduce the amount of time required to submit SEAT (only one place to log in and enter information) and improve your user experience when entering SEAT data. All SEAT submissions, including the next April 15th submission (for quarters 3 and 4) will now be submitted via FEMS. Please remember you will only be able to see your own site’s activities within FEMS – to find information on other site engagement activities, you will continue to do so via the SEAT database. Thank you to all the MSA project support staff who assisted in name matching engagement activity titles between systems to migrate over data. Upon logging in to FEMS, you will see all the SEAT data that we were able to migrate over, depending on your permission levels in FEMS. Reminder that we will be holding a SEAT > FEMS integration training webinar on February 3rd at 9:00AM for project staff responsible for updating SEAT, please register here>. The session will be recorded for those that are not able to attend. You will also find some additional resources available here: SEAT Overview> and SEAT FAQs>. Doctors of BC Health Authority Engagement Survey ReportLast fall, Doctors of BC carried out its sixth annual Health Authority Engagement Survey, an important tool for informing our advocacy work on behalf of BC physicians. This week, the comprehensive Report of 2021’s survey results is now available for physicians and MSA executives and support teams to read. As well as challenges, members also shared potential solutions, which can be read in the report linked above. Doctors of BC encourages MSA support teams and executives to share this information with their respective groups, to raise awareness of Doctors of BC’s continual efforts to engage our members, and to ensure they have the chance to read their colleagues’ thoughts. Doctors of BC aims to create programs and policy that reflect the needs of physicians across BC, and the Health Authority Engagement Survey is a major element of this important work. Any questions, or to enquire about a presentation of the survey results, please email advocacy@doctorsofbc.ca FCE Knowledge Sharing NewsletterOn Wednesday, January 26th, FCE released its Knowledge Sharing Newsletter, focused on Physician Wellness.
