  Landlord Registration Scheme Survey

The Department has designed a baseline survey to capture information from landlords and letting agents on the current service provision, including online registration and guidance.

This information is intended to inform thinking about current levels of satisfaction with the service and what, if any, changes can be made to improve future service provision.

The Department is keen to ensure that the LRS is a meaningful tool for improving professionalism and standards across the private rented sector.

The questionnaire should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey is available to complete now and will close on Wednesday 4 September 2024.
