Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Monday 23th February, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 660 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 1:33pm.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 15:41 hrs (previous week 18:37hrs) and for second submissions 2:04 hrs (previous week 3:15 hrs).
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Monday 23th February, morning, there were 0 airfreight lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 11am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:16 hrs (previous week 2:08 hrs) and for second submissions 1:25 hrs (previous week 1:54 hrs).
Australia queue
On Monday 23th February, morning, there were 147 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday at 1:33pm.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:22hrs (previous week 2:06hrs) and for second submissions 1:52 hrs (previous week 1:35hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 14:08hrs (previous week 16:57hrs) and for second submissions was 1:52hrs (previous week 2:29hrs).
