How do we live faithful Christian lives in the middle - when so much is changing so quickly, so many people need us, and the life we once imagined is being reshaped?

The Middle is an eight-week class for adults ages 35–55 who are navigating the opportunities, pressures, and transitions of midlife. Together, we’ll explore parenting teens and adult children, strengthening marriage, navigating career questions, embracing physical and emotional changes, caring for aging parents, adapting to changing friendships, growing in spiritual maturity, and living with faith and purpose in the middle years.
