Praed Street & Bayswater High Street Consultation

Westminster City Council has launched a six-week public engagement to gather feedback on two draft Place Strategies for the Paddington–Bayswater area.

The goal is to identify design opportunities and create a guiding framework that will shape future proposals from the Council, local landowners, and stakeholders.

Public engagement is open until 17 September 2025.

EASTBOURNE TERRACE GREENING

We’re pleased to have received a £20,000 greening grant from Westminster City Council as part of the Greening Westminster programme. This funding has allowed the BID to enhance Eastbourne Terrace with vibrant hanging baskets, adding a splash of colour to the area.

CÉ LA VI - OPENING

Set across the top two floors of Renzo Piano’s landmark Paddington Square, CÉ LA VI London will be the tallest new rooftop restaurant and bar in West London. London marks the next chapter in CÉ LA VI’s global footprint, joining Singapore, Dubai, Tokyo and Taipei. The restaurant is officially opening on Friday 12 September.

Come along for a community litter pick on Wednesday 24 September. Connect with neighbouring businesses and help make a difference by tidying up Norfolk Square, Praed Street, and Sussex Gardens.
