New pre-built program types, share experiences, and default settings designed for speedy implementation without the back-and-forth.
New program type:
CU Welcome Offers
Select this new program type in the campaign menu for a flow pre-filled with relevant events, rules, and experiences modeled after the most effective credit union flows. Designed for a quick and impactful launch. Stick with the default settings, or customize as you see fit!

Refer a Member
The pre-configured "Refer a Member" program is built to match the credit union customer lifecycle. The flow is designed to handle CU-specific complexities like multiple qualifying events and custom lookback windows. The template even contains an employee flow for in-branch and employee-driven referrals.
New share experience:
In-branch & printable forms
We've made credit union-specific share experiences easier to access, customize, and add to your program flow. A new in-branch experience lets employees capture in-person referrals, while the printable form lets referred friends submit a hard copy of their referral details. Both templates come with all the necessary fields and instructions.

We now support multiple Shopify storefronts under one account! Easily build multiple programs, each with its own placements, checkout extensions, and rewards - with intuitive dropdown menus to choose the applicable storefront.

Add "Shopify checkout extension" to your flow as a share experience and customize it directly in the program builder. Includes fields to capture all the variables Shopify needs to build the experience in your storefront. Start driving post-purchase referrals!

For retailers who offer in-store discounts as a reward, this update means your customers' shopify coupon code gets automatically applied at checkout when they navigate to your site via their reward link.
