Dear Members,

We hope you’ve all enjoyed a great summer of tennis - whether you were lucky enough to attend the Australian Open in person or followed the action from home - what a fantastic way to kick off the year!

Upcoming Redevelopment Works – Stage 1

Stage 1 of the club’s infrastructure redevelopment is scheduled to commence on Monday 16 February 2026 and is expected to run through to mid-July.

These works focus on improving our outdoor areas, with a strong emphasis on safety, access, and long-term usability.

What this means for members

  • Car park and front gate closure: From Monday morning, 16 February.
  • New access point: Entry and exit via the driveway between Courts 6 & 7. A temporary access path and additional parking will be constructed.
  • Temporary facilities: Administration and coaching offices, plus toilets, will be installed near the Courts 7 & 8 shelter.
  • Courts: At this stage, we do not anticipate any court closures.
  • Night comp players:  Your Team Captain will receive an email advising where the balls & blue envelope will be left for night comp each week.

Please take extra care while moving around the club during this period. We’ll continue to keep members updated as works progress.

Annual Open Day Update

As we typically host a community Open Day in February, we’ve made the decision to postpone this year’s event due to the timing of the works. Once complete, we look forward to showcasing new pathways, improved seating and gates, and upgraded landscaping - creating a more welcoming, safe and beautiful environment for everyone.
