Dear Eagles,

We begin this week with a moment of reflection, in acknowledgement of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis. His legacy of compassion, service, and commitment to the poor will be deeply remembered throughout the world.

Turning to yesterday's events, I hope you all had a wonderful time at Marathon Monday! I would like to extend a special congratulations to all the members of our BC community who ran and participated in this momentous event.

This week, my highlights include the Schiller Institute and BC Writing Center's Green Week: Poetry+ Environment Workshop, the Yom Hashoah speaker event, and the Annual Arts Festival! Be sure to check out the full schedule of events and support all the creativity across campus! Finally, don't forget to grab a donut at Deans and Donuts this Friday!

Yours in Community,

Dr. Shawna Cooper Whitehead
Vice President for Student Affairs
