Click here 19 May 2022Have Your Say - Underwood Rd Intersection The Australian and NSW Governments are investing $100 million to upgrade the intersection of Homebush Bay Drive, Australia Avenue and Underwood Road to ease congestion, increase safety and improve travel times and connectivity to Homebush and Sydney Olympic Park. Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month Cystic fibrosis is the most common life shortening recessive genetic disease in Australia. There is currently no cure, and a young person dies of cystic fibrosis every 9 days. Strathfield Council will be lighting up the Town Hall on Friday 27 May in red, to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis and in support of Cystic Fibrosis Community Care (CFCC).
