We're excited to launch Followers, a brand-new feature designed to help you effortlessly build and connect with your database.

Now, whenever someone follows one of your horses or follows you directly through the miStable Owner App, their details are automatically added to your miStable dashboard with a “Follower” role.

What this means for you...

No more manual data entry – new contacts are saved instantly

A growing, qualified database of racing enthusiasts and potential owners

Thoroughbred Trial Data Now Available

We’re pleased to announce that Thoroughbred Trial Data is now live across Australia for all clients using the Racing package.

You’ll now receive trial Nominations, Acceptances and Results.

This data is automatically integrated into your system and viewable in the same streamlined format as race data. It’s perfect for keeping owners updated on their horses’ progress before they reach race day.

Included in your existing Racing subscription
Trial data is enabled by default
Prefer not to share trials? Simply switch it off via Settings

This addition ensures more transparency and excitement for owners – and more engagement for your business.

Revamped Help Centre – Find What You Need, Fast

Thoroughbred Payments in Owner App

Over the next few weeks, Thoroughbred Payments will be fully integrated into the miStable Owner App, making it easier than ever for owners to stay on top of their accounts. With a simple tap, owners can view and pay invoices directly from the app, offering a seamless and secure way to manage their racing expenses on the go. Payments options will include direct debit and manual payment.

Staff Management

Soon, you’ll be able to manage your entire team directly within the platform with powerful new features including clocking on and off, creating and managing rosters, lodging work hours, and processing wages.

These tools are designed to save you time, reduce administrative hassle, and improve accuracy in payroll and staff scheduling. Whether you’re tracking stablehands, track riders, or office staff, our integrated system will provide clear oversight and simplify compliance, so you can focus more on what matters — training winners.

Feature Spotlight: Stories

The miStable Owner App now includes a new Stories feature, designed to enhance communication and engagement with your ownership base.

This feature allows you to share timely visual updates — daily runners, behind-the-scenes footage, stable news, or promotional content — in a format familiar to users of modern social platforms. Stories appear prominently in the app and are visible to your owners, contacts, and followers, helping you maintain a consistent and engaging presence.

Content can be posted directly from your Trainer App by uploading photos or videos, or capturing content in real time. You also have the ability to include text and emojis to tailor the message and drive attention.

The result? Stronger relationships and more eyes on your horses.
