As confetti pieces have been swept off the arena floors and Instagram boomerangs of flying graduation caps are now memory posts, we congratulate the Class of 2022! We're excited to welcome this next generation of tech talent into our region's innovation community and join the thousands of alumni impacting San Diego.
In that spirit, we are highlighting a few alumni from our local universities to see what they're up to. In addition, we're spotlighting some amazing student showcases from this past spring featuring award-winning student exhibits, poster presentations and research projects.

Hansol Hong (UCSD '10) is the CEO of Robolink, a company that makes robotics kits that teach coding and engineering in fun and approachable ways for young kids and teenagers. Read more >>

**Spring STEM Student Showcases**
SDSU Engineering Design Day
On May 4th, Tech San Diego was invited to check out 85+ design projects at SDSU Engineering Design Day. Watch the video below to see the projects in action! Also, Tech San Diego member company Dexcom was one of the corporate sponsors for this annual event.
UCSD Data Science Student Society (DS3) Showcase
On May 31st, data scientists from FICO joined Tech San Diego in reviewing and applauding research poster presentations from DS3 student members. Research was carried out during the winter and spring quarters.
CSU San Marcos Super STEM Saturday
On March 12th, more than 60 hands-on, interactive activities and demonstrations took place at Cal State San Marcos to expose students and the North County community to educational and career possibilities of STEM.
