Mr Robert Neville Arthur Howse (Fr 1966)
1948-2024

The Principal, Council and St Andrew’s College community honour the life of Mr Robert (Rupert) Neville Arthur Howse, who passed away on 27th December 2024, aged 76 years, in Canberra Hospital following a short illness.

Born on 22nd April 1948 in Melbourne, Robert attended Canberra Grammar. His sporting achievements included a 1st IV Tennis, representing his school.

Robert was a 1966 Fresher at St Andrew's College, studying Law at the University of Sydney. He remained in College until 1969.

Robert is survived by his wife Prue, children Sophie and David, and a large extended family. A thanksgiving service was held for Robert in Pearce, ACT, on Monday 13th January.

The Howse family is held warmly in our thoughts and our deepest sympathy is extended to all who knew Robert.
