We are seeking members who have the time and passion to contribute to our club and members are welcome to nominate for one or more of these positions.

Members are welcome to submit motions for consideration at the AGM.  Motions are formal suggestions or ideas that a member would like the club to consider or vote on at the AGM.

Please complete the nomination form, or submit your motions, to secretary@eastmalverntc.com.au no later than Friday 26 September. 

To facilitate the voting process (if required) we will circulate all written nominations with bios, and any motions, prior to the AGM so you are fully informed.
