A new-look for a new term ![]() Senior School NoticesTERM 3 WEEK 1A New Look for Term 3Dear valued member of the PLC community, It was high time for the old way we communicate to enjoy a freshen up, so we have broken our normal Links e-Newsletter into three separate e-newsletters (Junior School Notices, Senior School Notices, and Boarding House News) and from now on, you will only receive the information relevant to you. All three notices will continue to be available to PLC families on the PLC App. While we transition to these new communications, feel free to provide any feedback to cande@plc.wa.edu.au. ![]() Welcome from Chris RobinsonDeputy Principal Welcome back to what I always call the “vibrant term”; this term is packed with colour, excitement, creativity, leadership, and change. In the Arts, we have the Years 11 and 12 Play, Kindness of Strangers, as well as the much anticipated Senior School Arts Day. With only 20 school days left until Arts Day, the campus is buzzing with entry ideas, costume preparations, and rehearsals. This is also a term for handing over the batten with a new cohort of leaders preparing to step up in Term 4. It was such a pleasure to see the Year 11 prospective leaders share their credentials and visions for their intended 2023 positions at Speakers’ Corner. Voting for Stage 1 positions will commence next week. Term 3 also features a number of celebration weeks: NAIDOC Week, Spirit Week, Languages Week, and Book Week. Each of these acknowledges an important aspect of the PLC community and will recognise them with a unique set of activities for the students. We also have the Year 10 2023 Quest Launch for current Year 9 students in September in anticipation of some fantastic programmes next year and two exciting new inter-state offerings.
