New Feature: Reward Bank
Let your customers bank rewards and combine them for greater value
How It Works
As customers perform rewardable actions, the value accumulates in a reward bank where it can be redeemed at any time for a set "redemption rate." This gives your customers the freedom to choose how much they want to redeem, when, and what reward they receive.
Key Benefits
1. Issue "micro-rewards" for low-value actions like sharing or downloading as a low-cost way to keep customers engaged.

2. Give users a wider variety of redemption options, like gift cards, coupons, credit, or prepaid cards.

3. Optimize your budget! Reduced automatic reward redemption means you'll only pay for rewards customers really use.

4. Drive repeat behavior by allowing advocates to accumulate value over time for bigger rewards.

Reward bank is still being rolled out and may not be available for all program types. For more details please reach out to your CSM.

New Product Capability: Journey Builder to Define Programs
The Extole team has been hard at work on an exciting update to our campaign builder that will make managing customer journeys more interactive and visually seamless.

With the new "Flow" UI, you'll be able to drag and drop events, rewards, and emails to create a dynamic visual representation of your customer journey, with each step containing key details and assets.

The Flow page is designed to ultimately replace the "Manage" page in your program builder (but this won't affect existing campaigns).
