Updated Lodgment Rules exceptions list

The Office of the Registrar General has published an updated Lodgment Rules exceptions list. This update introduces a new exception for Transfers involving a Registered Native Title Body Corporation and includes other minor amendments.

Subscribers are reminded to ensure that, where a sub-number exists in an exception category, the applicable sub-number must be stated on the Lodgment Rules Exception form.

Exception 68.5 is effective immediately, while all other changes will take effect on 24 June 2024.
