White Ribbon Day

Standing together against domestic and family violence

Next Friday 19 November marks White Ribbon Day - an annual event dedicated to raising awareness of domestic and family violence, and changing the attitudes and behaviours that support or excuse it.

Sadly, domestic and family violence continues to be a significant issue in our community. It can affect anyone and is not limited to just physical abuse - it can include threats, intimidation, and abuse that can be physical, verbal, emotional, social, economic and sexual.

If you or someone you know requires support, help is available:

If you have an idea, platform or product that will expand the range of creative tourism experiences for visitors and locals, see how funding can bring your creative project to life.
