Ready, Set, Discover!

We're back for another round of the Great Southern Bioblitz! For the last six years, Logan has joined regions across the Southern Hemisphere in this global nature challenge - and we’re ready to go again!

In 2024, 58 people explored our local environment and made 430 observations, recording an impressive 290 different species. This year, let’s go bigger and even more biodiverse!

Between 24–27 October, head outdoors and help us create a living snapshot of Logan’s incredible natural world. Getting involved is easy:
🚶 Explore your backyard, local park or one of Logan's natural areas
🤳 Snap a photo of any wild plant or animal
📲 Upload it to iNaturalist with the location
