Social Activities
Annual Trip 2024, Pigeon Forge Tennessee
Sun, Sept 22 - Thurs, Sept 26
Join us as we experience the best of Pigeon Forge, including the iconic Dollywood theme park, Gatlinburg Aquarium, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud, guided tour through Gatlinburg, The Island, and so much more!
Fee: $1,800 (includes transportation, double-occupancy hotel room, meals, and all activities,)
Monday Bowling Nights
Aug 26, Sept 9 & 16, October 7, 14, 21 & 28
Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Meet at Bowlero, 2175 Savoy Dr
Come bowl with your friends at Bowlero every Monday night! This is a drop-in event, so choose which Monday nights you want to come! Please check online to see dates we will not meet due to a holiday. We can’t wait to bowl with you!
Fee: $15/night for Members and the Community (includes shoes and 2 games of bowling)
Note: a one-time online registration is required to attend and payment will be processed on-site at Bowlero.

SOAR Wiffleball
Through Oct 15
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Wiffleball offers all the fun of baseball with a lighter bat and ball! For athletes of all levels, wiffleball provides opportunities to safely work on batting and fielding. Your hand-eye coordination and attention to detail will benefit you as well! Each week will include light drills and a game!
Fee: $130 Member; $160 Community
SOAR Fitness Aerobics
Oct 22 - Nov 19
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Come get strong while having fun! Designed for any level of exercise ability, this class will have us moving our bodies in fun ways as we learn exercises that can be used throughout the year. We will have a trainer leading the class, ensuring all exercises are done correctly and safely. He will make accommodations for all skill levels and mobility differences.
Fee: $75 Member; $100 Community

Blonder Walking
NEW DATES

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
No matter your athletic ability or background, walking is an excellent way to have fun and get in shape! We will stretch, walk, enjoy the natural scenery of the MJCCA’s 52-acre campus, and have great conversations.
Fee: $75 Member; $100 Community
Blonder Art Classes
NEW DATES
Aug 21 - Oct 9 (no classes Sept 25 or Oct 2)
Wednesdays, 6:45 - 7:45 pm
In this class, we will express ourselves and show our creativity, all while learning about and using a variety of mediums. Whether or not you’ve taken an art class before, this course is sure to include new mediums, styles, and projects. When the program ends, we will host an art show to display artwork for family and friends.
Fee: $150 Member; $175 Community
Health and Safety Protocols
We ask for your assistance in creating a safe and enjoyable experience by adhering to the following guidelines:
- All participants must register online for programs prior to the deadline.
- Masks are optional.
- Parents and/or caregivers attending programs with a participant will be asked to remain in designated waiting areas, unless prior arrangements have been made with staff.
- Please continue to monitor your health. Do not attend Blonder Department programs if you have any symptoms or feel unwell.
All the precautions we’re taking are within our health and safety protocols to ensure all our participants enjoy a safe environment at the MJCCA. We must enforce these protocols to sustain programming that is enriching and safe for our community. We appreciate your support and flexibility and look forward to navigating this new normal with all of you.
Registration and Participant Information
Click on the buttons under each program to register, or call our registration team at 678.812.4010. RSVPs are required so that we can maintain a safe and fun program for all participants. All programs are held at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta and are open to participants ages 16+, unless otherwise noted.

Important Program Fee and Membership Update
You may start to notice member and community pricing for several of our programs. If you are already a member of the MJCCA, you’ll have access to lower pricing for our activities. If you’re not a member, you can receive the best pricing for our Blonder programming by signing up for an MJCCA Blonder Membership for only $34 per month! If you participate in more than one program, the membership cost is covered, plus, your Blonder Membership gives you access to member-only programming and reduced program fees, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, group exercise classes, and so much more.
