Debra “Debbie” Sonenshine SOAR Sports SOAR Wiffleball Through Oct 15 Wiffleball offers all the fun of baseball with a lighter bat and ball! For athletes of all levels, wiffleball provides opportunities to safely work on batting and fielding. Your hand-eye coordination and attention to detail will benefit you as well! Each week will include light drills and a game! SOAR Fitness Aerobics Oct 22 - Nov 19 Come get strong while having fun! Designed for any level of exercise ability, this class will have us moving our bodies in fun ways as we learn exercises that can be used throughout the year. We will have a trainer leading the class, ensuring all exercises are done correctly and safely. He will make accommodations for all skill levels and mobility differences. Fun Group Activities Blonder Walking NEW DATES No matter your athletic ability or background, walking is an excellent way to have fun and get in shape! We will stretch, walk, enjoy the natural scenery of the MJCCA’s 52-acre campus, and have great conversations. Blonder Art Classes NEW DATES In this class, we will express ourselves and show our creativity, all while learning about and using a variety of mediums. Whether or not you’ve taken an art class before, this course is sure to include new mediums, styles, and projects. When the program ends, we will host an art show to display artwork for family and friends.
