A quick overview of Reward for Action Programs, now available in My.Extole.
How Reward for Action Programs Work
Automatically issue rewards to users who complete a desired action, typically outside of Extole. Use a batch upload or an API call to access the relevant input event data that triggers the reward event, i.e. a list of customers who completed the action. Layer on additional quality rules in the program flow if necessary, or keep it simple.
When to Use Them
Reward for Action Programs are a highly effective tool for retailers, banks, credit unions, and telecom companies who want to encourage and monitor key customer actions that live outside of Extole, such as completing a survey or signing up for banking e-statements. Configuring the program in Extole streamlines the reward process and lets you keep all your offer programs in one place.
Possible Customizations
  • Configure multiple rewards of different values within the same program so you can automatically send the correct amount to each participant based on their input data
  • Choose to reward customers for their first action, every action, or every unique action (according to a chosen parameter)
  • Reward customers with gift cards, coupons, or account credits

New integration: Alkami digital banking
Banks and credit unions using Alkami for their digital banking experience can now launch embedded referral experiences within their desktop and mobile banking apps that connect directly to Extole for seamless, no-code program management and promotion.
Key benefits
  • No-code CTAs: Use the Alkami admin to create in-app CTAs and banners for your referral program—example above!
  • Fully integrated in-app sharing: When members tap on a CTA, they can access their pre-generated referral link and refer friends via email, SMS, social, or QR code without ever leaving your app
  • Secure authentication with SSO: Securely verify and share member identity with Extole using JWT (JSON Web Tokens)
