You can now upload PDF files and documents directly to a horse report—ideal for vet reports, certificates and any supporting paperwork.

miBilling | Advanced Reporting

Generate detailed reports with filters by horse and date range to view expenses, diary fees and credit notes for any period. Need to analyse or share? Export your report as a CSV file in a single click.

miBilling | Thoroughbred Payments

We’re excited to announce that miStable is now fully integrated with Thoroughbred Payments! Owners can now pay via direct debit and manage all payments conveniently through their Owner App wallet.

To get started, follow the help guide below for step-by-step instructions on setting up Thoroughbred Payments, including mailing direct debit request forms.

Owner App | Tag & Reply

Owners can now tag other owners and reply to comments on horse reports, making updates more interactive and engaging.

User-Driven Improvements

You asked, we listened. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made several refinements to improve usability, streamline workflows and enhance the tools you use every day.

📘 Horse Diary

• Box selection in Diary: You can now choose a Box when creating/editing a diary entry. In the list view, the Location column shows the stable name with the box number (e.g. Flemington — Box: 2) so it’s clear where the horse is stabled.
• Per-day cost summary: We now show a total per day for each location, which includes both Day Rate and Additional Expenses.
  • The line under Location displays:
    • Total per day
    • Day Rate
    • Additional Expenses with a count badge and the combined amount
  • Click the (+) icon to expand and see the breakdown of each additional expense

📩 Email Footer

• Users can now upload an image directly from their computer to appear at the bottom of outgoing emails. You can also add a URL link to direct recipients to a specific page—such as Horses Available or a Contact Form.

Voting Polls

• Polls will be added to general updates, not just horse reports.

• Poll results will display in a larger, easier-to-view format.

• Show poll results based on ownership percentage.

• Pre-set voting options will be removed, giving you full flexibility to create custom or open-ended responses.

miBilling | Dashboard Overview: 

We’ve upgraded your Billing Dashboard to give you a clearer snapshot of what’s owed and who needs attention.

• Aging summary cards show totals across Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ days.

• Owner table displays outstanding balances and health statuses at a glance.

• Click View on any owner to see a full breakdown of their invoices by aging period, with options to send reminders and open invoice details.
