optimize your programs and enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Here are some of the updates you can expect over the next few months:

A new consumer experience designed to provide a centralized place for customers to view referral progress and manage participation. Once launched, Member Center will empower customers to track their reward status, view live activities, and take action on earned rewards.

Enhanced Tango Integration
|
|
|
We are refining our Tango integration to bring Flow Builder reward emails, smarter gift card selection, and multi-balance Tango funding to Extole.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a dedicated connectivity layer that allows your team to manage Extole programs using an external AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT. A beta version of this is coming soon; please reach out for more info.
