Looking Beyond Vendex. 

We took a very strong team to this month’s Vendex. It was our largest ever to date - nowadays we have more people. This means we can focus more staff on priority issues more easily, when appropriate, because we have greater cover - and ever more specialists on our books. This is good for our clients.

We all enjoyed catching up in Leeds with old friends across our sector, and sharing experiences looking back over the last two extraordinary years. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

But what we enjoyed even more was looking ahead, to an ever better future together, with innovations such as:

  • photo functionality, now stored/accessed from within our management system
  • our warehouse app, mapping stock onto your mobile device to improve picking (see the Nutrivend case study below for reports of the tangible benefits delivered in the field)
  • telemetry integration, with single walk and visit on demand growing ever more popular because they save time and money, while increasing customer service.

In this edition, we are:

  • welcoming Strong Vend, our newest client
  • going behind the scenes in depth with Nutrivend
  • updating everyone on the benefits of integrating micromarkets within Vendmanager
  • sharing press coverage about SBS and micromarkets: no-one in the UK has longer experience than us!
  • announcing a change to increase and accelerate benefits for clients still further, with Dan Varney taking on the role of Head of Operations

COMPANY NEWS  Strong Vend joins Vendmanager!
