Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Tuesday 28th April, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 182 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Tuesday at 9:56am.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 15:11 hrs (previous week 18:57hrs) and for second submissions 1:46 hrs (previous week 4:14hrs).
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Tuesday 28th April, morning, there were 4 airfreight lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Tuesday at 9:05am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:48 hrs (previous week 2:19 hrs) and for second submissions 0:42 hrs (previous week 2:40 hrs)
Australia queue
On Tuesday 28th April, morning, there were 28 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Tuesday at 11:27am.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:51 hrs (previous week 2:01hrs) and for second submissions 0:50 hrs (previous week 2:17hrs).
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 13:00hrs (previous week 17:57hrs) and for second submissions was 1:23 hrs (previous week 3:25hrs).
