New Poster

Educators and service staff - questions or concerns

ECRU has developed a poster for education and care services to display, promoting transparent processes for educators and staff to raise a concern or ask questions.

With current child safety concerns being highlighted across the sector, ECRU believes it is important for services to establish clear communication channels with educators and staff.  This includes sharing information about the Regulatory Authority and their role in investigating complaints, should this be required.

ECRU encourage all services to display this poster in a prominent position within the service.
