A game-changer for program visualization, the Program Design tab provides a clear visual map of your customer journey. Data Stream Validation
This one's for you, developers! Our new Data Streams capability helps you observe and validate your data as it flows into the Extole platform. A complement to the Event Live View tab, Data Streams was built as a more specific, developer-focused monitoring tool to streamline the process of connecting new systems, diagnosing incoming events, verifying integrations, and even overseeing file-based events. Let us know how it works for you!
Source Tracking for Mobile SDKs
For teams who are integrated with Extole using our mobile SDKs, we now have source tracking capabilities built in to our platform that automatically capture where all your mobile traffic is coming from, allowing you to review your traffic data across platforms, compare performance, and gain valuable mobile insights.

We're excited to announce that reporting is now available in JSONL format! This versatile, line-delimited format is fully compatible with data analytics platforms and ideal for efficiently processing large structured datasets.
