Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Tuesday 9 April, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 1,166 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Monday 8th at 1:20pm
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 27:23hrs (previous week 20:41hrs) and for second submissions 4:35hrs (previous week 5:18hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Tuesday 9 April, morning, there were 228 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due Monday 8 at 3:22pm.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 3:44hrs (previous week 1:51hrs) and for second submissions 2:25hrs (previous week 1:31hrs).
Australia queue
On Tuesday 9 April, morning, there were 248 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Monday 8 at 2:03pm
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 2:54hrs (previous week 2:19hrs) and for second submissions 2:03hrs (previous week 1:54hrs)
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 25:19hrs (previous week 16:59hrs) and for second submissions was 3:28hrs (previous week 3:35hrs)
