Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Change to low-risk wood product profile – new product added
Thermally Modified Timber (TMT) has been added to the Low Risk Manufactured Wooden products Risk Profile
To be eligible for clearance TMT must be new and must reach a minimum of 160°C for at least 2 hours (manufacturer’s evidence to be supplied).

Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Monday 19th October, morning, the total sea freight queue stood at 560 and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 4:12pm.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 18:38hrs (previous week 19:29 hrs) and for second submissions 3:17hrs (previous week 4:10hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours.
On Monday 19th October, morning, there was 1 airfreight lodgement in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 10:00am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 2:09hrs (previous week 2:49hrs) and for second submissions 1:59hrs (previous week 2:49hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 19th October, morning, there were 111 Australian specific lodgements in the queue and TET were processing lodgements due Monday at 4:21pm.
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 2:08hrs (previous week 2:36hrs) and for second submissions 1:44hrs (previous week 2:17hrs).
