Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Tuesday 28 January, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 599 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due Tuesday at 10:00am
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 11:16 hrs (previous week 7:07hrs) and for second submissions 4:57 hrs (previous week 2:45 hrs).
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Tuesday 28 January, morning, there were 181 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due Tuesday at 10:00am.
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:01 hrs (previous week 0:11hrs) and for second submissions 0:59 hrs (previous week 0:30hrs).
Australia queue
On Tuesday 28 January, morning, there were 117 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back Tuesday at 10:00am
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 1:15 hrs (previous week 0:09hrs) and for second submissions 1:27 hrs (previous week 0:30hrs)
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 7:30 hrs (previous week 3:05hrs) and for second submissions was 2:39 hrs (previous week 1:32hrs).
