Welcome to our weekly update report. We want to keep you informed of our work and answer your questions. We'll include lodgement queue processing times and volumes.
Hold removal for containers being transhipped to another port
The MPI Target Evaluation team only has visibility of the discharge port and not the location of goods for FCLS. If your container has moved on a DTR to another port you will need to advise us of this in your application comments so that we may release the hold at the correct port.
For example if your containers are transhipping via DTR from NZTRG to NZLYT let us know that we will have to remove the holds from NZLYT.
Sea freight queue
For this week, sea freight lodgement turnaround is estimated at 3 days.
On Monday 20 May, morning, the total sea freight queue (includes Australian lodgements) stood at 213 lodgements and TET were processing lodgements due today at 11am.
Last week: average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 13:33hrs (previous week 18:05 hrs) and for second submissions 2:05 hrs (previous week 3:47hrs)
Airfreight queue
For the coming week, air freight lodgement turnaround is estimated 3 hours
On Monday 20 May, morning, there were 12 airfreight lodgements in the queue for processing and TET were processing lodgements due today at 10am
Last week: average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:46 hrs (previous week 2:28 hrs) and for second submissions 1:06 hrs (previous week 2:31 hrs)
Australia queue
On Monday 20 May, morning, there were 58 Australian specific lodgements, the team is processing consignments due back today at 10am
Last week:
Average turnaround of air freight lodgement for first submissions was 0:59 hrs (previous week 2:27 hrs) and for second submissions 0:15 hrs (previous week 2:44 hrs)
Average turnaround of sea freight lodgement for first submissions was 18:13 hrs (previous week 16:10 hrs) and for second submissions was 1:24 hrs (previous week 2:47 hrs)
