Creating plan admin sheets and s88B instruments using Online Form Builder

NSW is on a journey to implement a fully digital survey plan process. As part of the reform, changes came into effect on 1 July 2025 requiring all deposited plans and strata plans to be lodged for registration online via LRS Connect. Further changes are planned for mid 2026 that will require all plan administration sheets and section 88B instruments to be created using the Online Form Builder in LRS Connect.

The Office of the Registrar General encourages industry to try the Online Form Builder in LRS Connect to get ahead of future mandates.
