REMINDER: Financial Deadlines for the Holiday SeasonAs per the email sent on November 24, 2023, please see below for the upcoming deadlines for the holiday season: PLEASE NOTE: These deadlines apply to Physician Societies only, as FESC sites have their gate thresholds monitored each month by Enkel. December 8th 4pm – Deadline to request a gate and receive it prior to the Doctors of BC office closure for the holiday season. December 14th – Gates requested by December 8th deadline will be distributed. December 19th to January 1st – FEMS help desk will be closed for the holiday season, but FEMS itself will continue to be available during the office closure. December 22nd to January 1st – Doctors of BC offices will be closed for holiday season. January 4th 4pm – Deadline to request a gate and have it arrive on the first payment run for 2024 on January 11th. If you have any questions, please contact engagement@doctorsofbc.ca FYI: SEAT Database UpdatesThank you to everyone for updating your Site Engagement Activity Tracker (SEAT) engagement activities in FEMS with progress and milestones over the last six month. The updated data is now available for your perusal and downloading in the SEAT database. Please visit the database for an inventory of activities occurring around the province, which you can filter based on interest and preferences. Note that we have added three new tags (activity types) that you can search for: Cultural Safety & Indigenous Health; Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; and, Planetary Health.
