The Centre for Healthy Communities (CHC) is celebrating its 5^th anniversary! It has been an amazing and successful journey. In these few developmental years, the CHC has rapidly grown from an idea to becoming a home to a series of innovative projects, collaborations, and initiatives. 

We want to thank everyone who has been involved with the CHC in big and small ways for your help in getting us to where we are today – we couldn’t have done it without all of you!
