Hyde Park Paddington Neighbourhood Plan: Vision and Objectives Consultation

The Hyde Park Paddington Neighbourhood Forum has begun the process of developing the first draft of its Neighbourhood Plan which will guide development in the area until 2040. The Neighourhood Plan would cover the west side of Edgware Road, the Hyde Park Estate, the area around the new Paddington developments, Paddington station and Praed Street east of London Street.

The initial vision statement is used to gather feedback and form the basis of future planning policies within the draft Neighbourhood Plan. Consultation on the vision and objectives will run from 6 January until midnight on 28 February 2025. Meet members of the Neighbourhood Forum at one of the pop-up events or have your say online.
