National Simultaneous Storytime is back!In this month's e-newsletter you will find details about National Simultaneous Storytime, IDAHOBIT events, free financial advice and some important library updates. Connected Libraries has joined with libraries across the state and Zoos Victoria to promote Safe Cat, Safe Wildlife. Our libraries will have some purrrrfect cat themed events to
support this campaign which highlights the importance of keeping your cats indoors to protect your cat and our local wildlife. I am proud to share that Connected Libraries is now part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Network. The sunflower symbol can be worn by people with a hidden disability who may need extra support. Free sunflower badges, lanyards and wristbands are now available at our libraries – ask one of our friendly team if you would like to find out more. Please note that Doveton Library will be closed on Tuesday 5 May. Endeavour Hills Library is the next closest library.
See you at the library! Beth Luppino
