The Q3 2025 Country Health Cluster Dashboard reflects the Humanitarian Reset and the hyper-prioritization of health response efforts under the Global Humanitarian Overview 2025, following severe funding cuts earlier this year. As of September, 24 Health Clusters and Sectors, including one regional mechanism, are working to reach 45.2 million people —nearly half the original target of 85.5 million —through essential and life-saving health services. The total funding request has been reduced to US$2.12 billion, with US$0.89 billion (26%) received against the original requirements.
