CU Welcome Offers
Credit unions can choose this new program type for a flow pre-filled with relevant events, rules, and experiences modeled after the most effective credit union flows. Designed for a quick and impactful launch with opportunities for further customization.

Refer a Member
The pre-configured "Refer a Member" program is built to match the credit union customer lifecycle. The flow is designed to handle CU-specific complexities like multiple qualifying events and an employee flow for in-branch and employee-driven referrals.
New share experience:
In-branch & printable forms
New credit union-specific share experiences are available to embed in program flows. An improved in-branch share experience lets employees capture in-person referrals, while a printable form lets referred friends submit a hard copy of their referral details.

Ambassador variations
Flow Builder is equipped with three new ambassador program templates with default flows based on the desired approval process. Retailers can now choose from rules-based, manual approval, or a closed program of pre-selected participants.

Multiple Shopify storefronts
We now support multiple Shopify storefronts under one account! Intuitive dropdown menus let retailers choose the applicable storefront when creating new programs, placements, or rewards.

Customize checkout extension in Extole
The "Shopify checkout extension" share experience can now be customized directly in Extole's program builder. Includes fields to capture all the variables Shopify needs to build the experience.

Discount auto-apply
For retailers who offer discounts as a reward, this update means their customers' Shopify coupon codes will be automatically applied at checkout when they navigate to the storefront via their reward link.

ShopifyPlus customers can access Extole through Shopify's app marketplace and embed referrals directly in their storefront with a seamless, no-code solution—making this an extremely popular solution for our retail clients.
The Story: Customer engagement and rewarding in the UK got a big upgrade when we partnered up with Blackhawk Network Europe in June of this year. Between a joint press release, a newsletter, a webpage, and social posts, BHN helped us make some real noise about this exciting partnership expansion, making it the most memorable of 2025.
The Story: Q2's composable dashboard empowers financial institutions with flexible tools to design their optimal in-app experience. Extole is now available as a dashboard content block so clients can make referrals a seamless part of their digital banking experience with minimal effort—a huge win for our banking clients.
The Story: In March of this year, we hosted a wonderful group of partners at the Knicks game in NYC for a well-deserved "Partner Appreciation Night." Spending time with old + new friends while cheering the Knicks to a big win definitely tops our list of best events in 2025.
