We couldn't have made it to the finish line in 2025 without amazing support.

Thank you to those within our community who partner with us and in the industry who have worked to assist our clients. It hasn't been an easy ride and we'll start the new year seeking to find ways to push for a better way of managing claims.

These conversations have started with a round table held with the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) in early December and communications ongoing with the Insurance Council of Australia. (ICA) Insurers need to listen to those at 'The Coal Face' as this is where the rubber hits the road. It's not as rosy as the marketing department make out and we'll be driving for better customer focussed outcomes in the new year.

As we enter 2026 we do so with the best team.

Thanks to Ellie, Kate, Shanaye, Tamara, Nat & Siobhan for your continued support. This team put you first and work so hard for their clients and community. Bigger and better is happening in the new year as we set up our base in Maitland. (More on that in the new year) With our existing offices in Taree & Dungog this gives us a large presence in the Upper Hunter and Mid North Coast of NSW and beyond.

Through all the challenges of this year, Nik & I somehow found time to run the Sydney Marathon and then the UTMB 50km ultra trail. These meant so much more knowing how difficult things were at home. Even moments like looking at running shoes during the latter parts of the marathon and seeing mud stains from training on Tarees' damaged streets helped drive us on. These moments hand in hand defined the year. No challenge will be ignored and every mountain can be conquered.
