During these trying times, it is important for us to take the advice that has been given and enforced by our Government. This will ensure the safety of ourselves, our family, and our employees, and help stop the spread of COVID-19.

We have the following features available to help you with the day-to-day running of your business, while we all find our new normal:

Timesheets

Can be entered by everyone using their own devices. This will reduce the need for face-to-face contact and paper timesheets.

Timesheets can be entered using the web-based app, or the mobile app for Android & iOS. Don't forget, the mobile app supports offline timesheets, meaning they can be done if your team member has no WIFI or data.

You can also enter timesheets on behalf of your team members using the desktop or app versions of TimeSmart. This can be done anywhere, at any time, on any device.

Task Management & Electronic Whiteboard

Use our inbuilt Task Manager & Electronic Whiteboard to allocate tasks to keep face-to-face contact to a minimum.

You can assign tasks to individuals and/or leave unallocated tasks on the whiteboard for the team to pick up when they are ready to do the next task.

Messages

We all know the key to a successful team is communication. With that in mind, we'd like to remind you that we have a messaging function which enables you to send messages to your team members on a group or individual basis. Your team members are also able to send messages to each other within TimeSmart.
