Meet our Class Instructors
We know them all well, and they've all worked as Retail Sales Associates at Cary Quilting Company, too. These amazing and award winning quilters will make sure you're learning and having a great time in their classes and clubs.
Kim Zebrowski teaches many classes for Cary Quilting Company! She is currently offering Free Motion Quilting, Hand Applique, and Beginning Quilt Making.
Lynn Christiansen works as a librarian during the week. Join her for the Simple WhatNots Club, and she also teaches Beginning Sewing, the Pinwheel Pillow, and the Mega Star Quilt.
Rosi Hanley teaches several technique classes for us including machine applique, foundation paper piecing, accurate seams, and binding techniques. She also teaches a fun t-shirt quilt making class!
Sue Dressler is living her retirement dream of quilting and teaching. She teaches our popular collage classes, jelly roll rug classes, and the Brightly quilt project.
Tim Griffith is an Education Technology Specialist in his non-quilty life. At the shop, he is our go-to bag instructor! Join him to learn how to make the "Easy Does It" bag or the "Catch All Caddy" bag, both ByAnnie projects.
Vicki Price keeps the Meeting Center full with lots of fun classes. Join her for Pinless Pieced Curves, Remarkable Rectangles, Quilt-as-you-go, and Bowl Cozies. She will also create a class just for you!

Donation Request
Little Pink Houses of Hope is asking for throw-sized quilts for breast cancer survivors at their May 2022 Hatteras Island retreat. Little Pink’s mission is to embrace families as they are going through the difficult breast cancer journey with retreats to help them focus on celebrating life. The week-long retreats are free for participants, thanks in large part to the generous support of local communities. If you can help wrap survivors in love and comfort long after the retreat has ended by donating a quilt for the Hatteras retreat or want to talk further, please contact Little Pink volunteer Sherri Allen here.
