Flow into an afternoon of inspiration

Celebrating our Living Waterways, this special event shines a light on the people and projects caring for our local environment. Discover how waterways link people and places from the mountains to the bay as guest speakers share stories and real-world insights.

Hear from:
👉 Beau Miles - filmmaker, author, outdoor educator, and popular YouTuber known for offbeat adventure storytelling.
👉 Lloyd Willmann - local freshwater fishing expert, environmental advocate, and founding member of Queensland’s fish stocking movement.

We’ll also celebrate the 2026 EnviroGrants recipients and the local projects making a difference. Stay for light refreshments, meet like-minded locals and be part of the conversation.

ONE SMALL CHANGE, ONE BIG IMPACT

Discover simple, everyday changes that can make a positive impact on our environment.

In Australia, around 66% of waste is recovered through recycling or reuse—but there’s still more we can do together. The Logan Recycling Market gives pre-loved items a second life, creating positive outcomes for our community. Donate or shop to reduce landfill and give back locally. Every purchase helps fund programs through the City of Logan Charitable Trust.

Open Friday to Sunday, 10am to 3pm. Visit the Logan Recycling Market to donate, shop and do good.
