Shout out to all our customer service experts who have made it through the past two years. While some of us may be battered and bruised… we have survived!

The National Executive Committee are so excited to be hosting the 2022 Annual National Local Government Customer Service Conference and Awards at the beautiful Rydges Port Macquarie.

It has been three years since we have been all together in person (IRL). The Executive are fine tuning the program and have already engaged inspirational keynote speakers, council members to present thought-provoking case studies and sponsor presentations. Not only is the conference designed to be jam-packed with useful content to take back to your Council, but is the forum to network with your peers.

This is our opportunity to reconnect with each other, share some stories, innovations, laughs and celebrate each other!

2022 National Local Government Customer Service Awards

The National Local Government Customer Service Network understands the importance of recognising, rewarding and showcasing the achievements of customer service professionals and Councils. In 2015 launched the prestigious National Local Government Customer Service Awards The wonderful Janelle Nisbett, Managing Director, Progress Training Systems is once again our judging convenor and awards ceremony presenter.  

The awards to be presented in 2022 include:

  • 2022 Customer Service Team of the Year Award

  • 2022 Customer Service Innovation Award

  • 2022 Customer Service Individual of the Year Award

  • Award Submission will open Tuesday 16 August 2022

  • Award Submission will close Tuesday 27 September 2022
