"My experience with the Employment Hub was fantastic. Maria Camila Solorza is superbly committed to the program. I learned about key words and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for crafting a competitive resume. Although I couldn't complete the sessions due to getting a job, Camila's passion and support were evident from the start. She provided excellent advice and showed genuine happiness when I found employment. Her patience and empathy made each session enjoyable. Interacting with someone so dedicated to helping others was a pleasure. Highly recommended beyond 5 stars."
"Excited to share I started as a Secondary School Teacher in Digital Technologies at St Andrews Lutheran College. Achieved after years of hard work, including completing a master’s degree, moving to a new country, passing the IELTS test, and rebuilding my career. Grateful to MCCGC's Employment and Training team, especially Maria Camila Solorza, for their support in resume building, interview preparation, and guidance. They also connected me with a valuable volunteer opportunity that boosted my confidence. Thanks to them, I feel prepared for this new role."
