Day 2026: Start a conversation that could change a life R U OK? Day will be held on Thursday 10 September 2026, encouraging Australians to check in with people around them and help create meaningful connections. Whether you're at home, work, school or in the community, you can get involved by hosting an event, sharing the message, accessing free resources or simply starting a conversation with someone who may be doing it tough. Remember, you don't need to be an expert, just someone who cares and listens.
