Automatically generate unique referral share links when customers engage with your brand

Why pre-generate share links?
Most referral programs are reactive — a customer visits the site, lands on the share experience, and then gets a link to share with friends. Pre-generating share links flips this model. By the time you reach out to a customer, their personal share link already exists in your system and can be embedded in any marketing message.
- Include a customer's personal share link in your welcome email sequence
- Place share links in transactional emails like order confirmations to encourage action while customers are most engaged
- Embed share links in customers' account portals for always-on visibility
- Automatically generate referral links for field employees to share
- Choose to deploy via outbound webhook (preferred) or API
- Select the events that you want to trigger share link generation
- A CSM will help you configure the extension in Extole
- When a trigger event occurs, Extole generates a link and triggers a webhook containing the link + all relevant data to your your CRM/CDP
- Use the API call for on-demand share link generation when necessary

See exactly what you'll need for setup in our implementation guide, linked below. If you're ready to get started, please reach out to your CSM and they will share any next steps!

Candescent Axis Recap: Better CX with AI?
We sent a team to Candescent Axis last month to discuss innovations in digital banking. The major theme? Not surprisingly, top banks are progressing past static digital experiences to using real-time data and AI to anticipate customer needs and act in the moment.
As Candescent expands how data is shared with customers and partners, this opens the door for partners like Extole to better understand where customers are in their journey to deliver more timely, relevant offers. Thanks to those of you who stopped by our booth!
