Cr John-Paul Baladi, Mayor of Strathfield Dear Residents, Our community is full of unsung heroes and Council is excited to launch its inaugural Community and Business Awards that celebrates and recognises the great work happening in our local community! Nominations are set to open in the coming weeks so stay tuned. I’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to share their opinions with me at my monthly Mayoral Street Meetings. On Saturday 6 September, from 10am - 12pm I will be at Strathfield Square and on Sunday 7 September I will be at Homebush Village (outside Biryani Corner) from 10am - 12pm. Conversation Convoy travels to local communities around the country to help Australians understand the important role they can play in looking out for their friends, family and colleagues. Homebush TOD Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 📍 Council, at its meeting on 29 April 2025 resolved to exhibit the draft Homebush TOD Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2025 (the draft plan) for the land within the Homebush TOD Precinct.
