VHA proudly publishes 2025 Client Voice Report

In 2025, client partners continued to play a vital role in guiding and informing VHA's quality improvement initiatives that shaped how care is planned and delivered.

In recognition and celebration of their ongoing contributions, the 2025 Client Voice Impact Report has been officially released.  By working alongside staff and leadership, client partners helped VHA stay centred on those receiving care. Their impact in 2025 reflects a shared commitment to quality and compassion that will continue into the year ahead.

Fortunately, there are many low-impact, safe ways for older adults to stay active indoors, whether at home, in a condo or apartment building, or in a community space.
