Lead with more confidence this May. In May, The Power of Your Team returns with a one-day leadership session focused on the people side of performance. The conversations you avoid. This isn’t about job titles. It’s about how people feel after spending time with you. Whether you’ve been part of WiEA for years or you’re brand new, you’ll walk into a room that feels open, honest and ready to grow. 📍 11 May – Bristol Just 25 places per date and they’re going fast. If you’re serious about leading well in 2026, this is where you do the work.
Walk for Sarah On 12 September, we’re coming together to take on the Thames Path Challenge in support of Breast Cancer Now, in memory of Sarah Edmundson. This is more than a walk. It’s a way to honour a much-loved member of the WiEA community. To remember her strength, honesty and warmth. And to stand alongside the 1 in 7 women in the UK affected by breast cancer. We’ll be walking 25km or 50km, pushing ourselves for a cause that matters deeply to so many of us. Every step taken is for someone who needs support, now or in the future. Stand with us The WiEA Partnership Programme is for organisations and individuals ready to move from support to action. It’s about alignment. Accountability. Real change. Because equality doesn’t move forward on good intentions alone. As a Partner, you gain access to practical resources, meaningful visibility and a community actively shaping the future of estate agency. If you believe in raising the bar, join us.
Real talk, every Friday 🎧 The WiEA Pod continues to bring honest, thoughtful conversations to your week. Leadership. Confidence. Culture. Career moves. The realities of working in estate agency and the bits that don’t always make it onto LinkedIn. No scripts. No selling. Just lived experience, shared openly. If you haven’t tuned in yet, now’s a good time to start. Listen to The WiEA Pod on Spotify
WiEA Woman of the Month Congratulations to our incredible Woman of the Month, Ann Durrell, nominated by Hayley Claber 💜 “Ann stands out for her consistency, leadership and the genuine way she supports and inspires others, both professionally and personally. I met Ann around 12 months ago, and what really stood out to me was her openness in sharing her personal journey, particularly her decision to give up alcohol and focus on fitness through HYROX and exercise. Hearing how this has positively impacted her focus, both in work and at home, was incredibly powerful. Ann continues to show that you can lead, grow and succeed professionally while also prioritising wellbeing. She still embraces life and socialising, just without the hangover, and that balance is something many people can relate to and feel inspired by. Her impact goes beyond business; she influences how people think, supports them in their own journeys, and leads by example every single day.” Ann, you’re an inspiration and thank you for being a part of the WiEA community 👏
